Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email with all order details.
Our team carefully verifies your information and begins the meticulous preparation of your artwork, ensuring it is ready for DHL’s secure handling.

Each artwork is professionally packaged to withstand transport:

  • Bubble wrap and corner protectors

  • Reinforced cardboard or custom crates for larger pieces

  • Special protection for frames, paint, and fragile elements

Every shipment receives a unique DHL tracking number for complete visibility throughout transit.

Returns & Exchanges

At Kalidou Kasse, every artwork is created and delivered with the utmost care. Because of the unique and often custom nature of original artworks, all sales are final.

However, in the rare case of damage during transport or if you receive the wrong item, we will gladly assist you:

  • Damaged Artwork: If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the packaging and the piece. We will open a claim with DHL and arrange either a replacement (if possible) or a refund.

  • Wrong Item: If you received the wrong artwork, please notify us immediately. We will cover the return shipping costs and send you the correct piece.

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout according to your delivery address and the dimensions/weight of the artwork.

For oversized or fragile pieces requiring special protection, additional packaging fees may apply.

Yes. For international orders, import duties, VAT, and customs taxes are the responsibility of the customer, as required by the laws of the destination country.

 

You will receive a DHL tracking number once your artwork has been dispatched. You can track the progress of your shipment directly on the DHL website.
